We have chosen to especially promote walk & hike to encourage:

  • WOMEN THAT DON’T TAKE ANY TIME TO RELAX THEIR MIND & BODY to start with easy steps.
  • ALL WOMEN THAT DON’T ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY to burn calories they put in their body with the food.

    • The proportion of overweight women in the European union varied in 2019 between 37 % in Italy and 58 % in Croatia**
    • Overweight and obesity leads to many diseases like heart disorders, diabetes, cancers and are significantly related with reduced pregnancy rate and higher miscarriage rate.***
  • INTROVERT WOMEN TO BE MORE SOCIABLE (a start is simple: be friendly & relaxed, start talking to other women).
  • To encourage WOMEN to MAKE GROUPS AND INSPIRE OTHERS.
